Medications and Pharmacy
Japanese pharmacies (薬局, yakkyoku) are typically located near hospitals and clinics. Pharmacists are highly knowledgeable and will explain how to take each medication. Keeping your okusuri techo (medication booklet) up to date is essential and helps prevent dangerous drug interactions.
