Oita 大分県
Oita Prefecture on northeastern Kyushu is known for having the highest concentration of hot spring resorts in Japan and the Beppu geothermal zone. Public health center (保健所)
Oita Prefecture operates public health centers (保健所, hokenjo) across its municipalities. Public health centers manage infectious disease surveillance, maternal and child health programs, and mental health consultation.
